Foggy Downtown Engagement Session | Nathan + Rachael

Jan 16, 2014

We were trapped under a bridge, rain blowing sideways, a broken umbrella, with my cell phone beeping about some sort of flood warning, and the reedy river certainly looked fuller than I’ve ever seen it before. Maybe this wasn’t a good idea after all. An hour earlier, things were perfect, a thick fog allowed us to get some pretty unique images and we were having a great time. Then, out of no where, we were running for the closest cover, then running to the closest bathroom where Nathan and Rachael could change into some dry clothes. After drying off my camera we continued, shooting inside until the downpour let up. They say rain is good luck. And that’s very true for Nathan and Rachael, as their first date… and now engagement session were both very wet days… we will have to wait and see what happens on their wedding day in a couple months.
