I always love when I hear about a new venue opening in town, especially when it’s somewhere unique, somewhere with some character. When I heard Laurie and Paul were going to hold their wedding at the Old Cigar Warehouse here in Downtown Greenville, I was naturally pretty excited. The building has a lot of history, with the original structure going back over 100 years, and has newly been remade into an event venue.
Of course a great wedding venue doesn’t always make the wedding great itself, it takes an awesome bride and groom, and loving family and friends… which Laurie and Paul had in spades. With the majority of their guests escaping a very cold Chicago winter for their St. Patrick’s weekend wedding, it was a very refreshing change of scenery. After a beautifully emotional ceremony, the stage was set for a fun night full of dancing, hilarious singing, top-shelf drinks and some very appropriate cigars. A huge thanks goes out to the Old Cigar Warehouse and Mary with Turn Key Events for putting on such an incredible event. Cheers!
Thanks again for having us guys! We had a blast!
